I've also been meaning to email you to let you know we've been eating our meat, it's delicious. We put the mince into a shepherds pie and it was absolutely divine and we're currently chomping our way through the beautifully tender stewing steak. We'll definitely be ordering more. |

The Silverside was awesome, cooked
it up for the family and managed to do it perfectly, it was really
tender. Very impressed. The stewing steak was tremendous. Did a chilli with one batch and a stew with the other lot, and both were bloody lovely! |

is a piece of grass fed Belted Galloway beef from Golden Howe farm
in Cumbria. It weighs 9lb, and I think it looks beautiful.
I've just had a box of beef delivered from them and it all looks superb. |

down a treat - very tasty and we demolished the whole 3kgs in one
